about 2 pounds of mushrooms
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
a pan
a fork
and you!
Directions: Chop up mushrooms about a 1/4 in. thick. Put butter in pan and turn temp. to low over burner. Put mushrooms in pan with garlic and a few shakes of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. When they look brown and the butter is brown and bubbley, you should taste them, but be sure to blow on them a ton!

I will try to convince mom to make it even though i'm with corbin and I dont like mushrooms!
